Over the weekend we asked you if you would watch ITV’s brand new breakfast programme, Daybreak, which is being fronted by Adrian Chiles and Christine Bleakley. The first edition of Daybreak launched today so we thought this was the best time to reveal the results of your vote.
Over the weekend we asked you if you would watch ITV’s brand new breakfast programme, Daybreak, which is being fronted by Adrian Chiles and Christine Bleakley. The first edition of Daybreak launched today with mixed results and reviews. Judging by comments from our readers so far on the new look ITV Breakfast line-up you are missing GMTV already and it’s only been gone for the space of a weekend! Looking around the other sites which, like ATV Today, had live blogs covering the launch the reception has also been decidedly mixed.
However, the results of our poll are very clear. With 60% of the vote our readers clearly had no intention of evening giving Daybreak a chance. Yes 60% of you said you would not be watching Daybreak today. However, its not all bad for Daybreak because in 25% of you said you would tune in while 11.4% said you’d watch the first episode only. 2.7% of you were unsure though whether or not you would watch Christine Bleakley and Adrian Chiles first thing in the morning.
