This Week’s Poll: Were ITV right to axe The Bill?

This week we are asking you the difficult question of; Were ITV right to axe The Bill? On Tuesday the police drama will bow out after 27 years on-air, but should it be ending at all – that’s the question we are asking you. It’s a tricky one because even if you don’t watch The Bill at the moment chances are at some point you will have and there’s a lot of fondness for the show even if it had radically changed over the years. However, is that fondness enough to lend The Bill your support or do you agree with ITV? Do you think 27 years on-air is too long and the drama needed axing to allow newer dramas to come through?
