Following the copycat Jack the Ripper murderer the team have to confront the murky world of gangsters as someone tries to copy the most famous East End villains; the Krays.
Chandler is informed of another murder. The victim is Billy Bunhill who has been shot inside another one of the Kray’s haunts, a pub called The Blind Beggar. The murder of Bunhill mirrors the murder of George Cornell in 1966 by Ronnie Kray. However, the barmaid at the pub is quick to name the killer – Jimmy Kray. However, this means that Steven Dukes is no longer a prime suspect in the case – just as Buchan predicted. The team are stunned though – does this new Kray really exist?
