20 Years of Sky Sports’ Soccer Saturday comes to DVD
To mark twenty years on air Sky Sports‘ are celebrating the Soccer Saturday anniversary with a DVD.
Released in association with Anchor Bay UK, the first ever DVD from one of the UK’s longest running football shows – Soccer Saturday; Cheers, Jeers and Tears, sees highlights from two decades of the series including an hour of extras and exclusive bonus features recorded especially for the disc by the team as well as never before seen footage from the Sky Sports archives.
The compilation brings together some of the show’s funniest football banter moments presented by Soccer Saturday anchor Jeff Stelling.

Soccer Saturday evolved from previous series Sky Sports Saturday, which started in 1992 hosted by Paul Dempsey. Current host Jeff Stelling joined the programme in 1994 and became its sole presenter a year later. The name of the programme changed to Soccer Saturday in 1998.
