Sky Sports’ Charlie Webster takes running tips from Lois Rosindale

Sky Sports News presenter Charlie Webster took in some top running tips from GB Elite triathlete Lois Rosindale on the track at Virgin Active, Barbican, last week in preparation for the world’s largest triathlon.

Charlie and Lois were perfecting their running technique ahead of this year’s Virgin Active London Triathlon.

For Charlie it is her first time taking part in the event while Lois is hoping to improve on her previous 3rd place by taking victory in the Female Elite race.

Last year saw over 13,000 age-group athletes sign up for the challenge alongside many famous personalities. Previous years have seen Sir Richard Branson, David Hasselhoff, Alexandra Burke, Jenson Button, Vernon Kay and Melanie Chisholm participate in the swim, bike and run event.
