MTV have called time on both of Charlotte Crosby’s reality shows; Just Tattoo Of Us and The Charlotte Show.
The Charlotte Show documented Charlotte’s showbiz life and business ventures as well as the highs and lows of her relationship with fellow reality star Joshua Ritchie.
MTV aired three series of the show between 2018-2019, but “no further filming” is scheduled to take place.
ATV Today understands that the same is true of Just Tattoo of Us which saw friends, couples and family members commission body art for each other, without prior approval.
Just Tattoo of Us has run for five seasons on MTV with Charlotte originally presenting the show with Stephen Bear, before being joined by a series of guest presenters after their break up.
A source explained “Both The Charlotte Show and Just Tattoo Of Us have had a really good run – viewers love Charlotte and the Just Tattoo Of Us format has got spin offs all over the world. But Charlotte’s schedule is packed and MTV has so many other great shows they’re working on. Both formats are being ‘rested’ for now. It doesn’t mean that they won’t come back in the future, but for now there’s no more filming scheduled on either of the shows.”
Charlotte was most recently seen as a contestant on the Australian version of I’m A Celebrity where she finished in sixth place.
She rose to fame as an original cast member on MTV’s Geordie Shore back in 2011. One of the show’s most popular personalities, she had a long-running on-off screen romance with fellow cast member Gaz Beadle. After five years of ‘getting mortal’ and ‘necking on’, Crosby quit the show in 2016.
