SoapWorld takes a look at the latest goings on in EastEnders, Emmerdale, Hollyoaks and Doctors this Thursday.
It’s Kush’s birthday but his day with Arthur takes a turn after an incident in the park involving Denise and Keegan. With Keegan making a fuss, Kush and Denise attempt mediation talks with his family. Later, Kush is touched to receive a birthday present from Denise but is left stunned when the police arrive to talk to him.
Elsewhere, Michelle finally agrees to a date with the man she’s been making polite conversation with on the tube – but is he all he seems? Billy is disappointed when the unveiling for Coker and Mitchell goes tits-up; Ian confronts Kathy about her stance on his diet; Jack offers a young girl a trial nannying; and Abi is put in her place by Steven.

With Peter still missing after his row with Dermott, Roisin’s plans to leave Padraig for the future she’s always dreamed of are derailed.
Meanwhile a concerned Adeen is found by her grandfather Padraig, walking home the morning after the night before. Since Lance’s death, Adeen has been in emotional freefall and the night before reaches a zenith. Padraig offers a shoulder to cry on. Eileen is also worried. Where is Peter and why didn’t he turn up at the christening? Eileen and Rosin find him in a desperate state which swiftly informs Eileen about the demons of Peter’s past. Peter refuses to tell the women the catalyst for his drinking.
Bernie meanwhile, is following her hunch that Lance’s death is suspicious and sets about going back over the evidence. Kieran turns out to be a help as he shares her suspicions about his grandfather’s death, and more importantly has a niggle about the behaviour of someone close to all of them. Meanwhile, cross words are exchanged by Peter and Agnes.
Dermott returns to Redwater to bring Kathleen to Alfie to find a storm brewing. Bernie is hot on his trail and he panics. His behaviour spirals out of control, but who will he take his anger out on next?

Rhona’s troubled when she learns the police are going to question her friends – she’s worried what people will think of her when they hear about the rape. Rhona’s anxiety increases further when she discovers Pierce is due to return to pick up his things.
Pete and Leyla return from their holiday. Leyla confides in Priya that something isn’t right between her and Pete. Leyla asks a guilty Priya for advice about how to put the spark back into her relationship.
Elsewhere, Doug’s missing Diane and Faith tries to cheer him up by taking him for another dance.

Leela catches Tegan about to take another pill and washes her stash away. Tegan comes clean to Zack and has her disciplinary hearing, but neither go well. Meanwhile, DS Armstrong has to break into the Lomax’s when his webcam gets disconnected but he’s almost caught by Tegan. Later, something he says makes Leela realise that he’s her stalker.
Neeta manages to keep her job after helping Lily, but the governor puts both Neeta and Sally on a probationary period. Later, Neeta has to be cruel to be kind and tells Hunter that their kiss meant nothing to her. Angry, he posts a photo of her sleeping online.
Elsewhere, Lily comes clean to Diane about cheating and her scars being permanent; Marnie is overwhelmed when Goldie and Myra show her some true kindness.
Hollyoaks, Thursday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.
Sid (mistakenly) thinks he overhears Megan being asked out by Remy, and gets jealous. He jokes that he should pay her for her services (as a therapist), but she takes offence, and the situation becomes very awkward.
Al and Sid try to persuade Ayesha to reconcile with Emma. Ayesha visits her mother Bren again, and examines her wrist pain. Bren tries to pass it off as just an old injury from moving boxes, but it transpires that her old drug dealing boyfriend Ike had been hitting her. Bren also ends up admitting that her Amber are being evicted. Ayesha encourages Bren to start a petition against it.
Elsewhere, Heston helps a young medical student to realise where his future might lie.
