SoapWorld takes a look at the latest goings on in Coronation Street, EastEnders, Emmerdale, Hollyoaks and Doctors this Monday.
Our soap evening starts this week down Weatherfield way as Rosie and Sophie give some builders an entertaining show as the sisters clean the kebab shop windows. Norris’s makes an observation that Rosie’s modelling career must have gone down the tubes if she’s been reduced to cleaning windows, it touches a nerve with Sally, who confronts Kevin and Anna about making the girls follow in the footsteps of Stan Odgen, wiping windows. Anna reveals to a stunned Sally that her darling daughter Rosie is actually a drugs mule.
In the café, Gail discovers her purse missing from her handbag. She immediately accuses Shona of stealing it and David backs her up. However in the second episode of the night David finds Gail’s purse under one of Lily’s toys. Gail reluctantly agrees to apologise to Shona but her half-hearted apology doesn’t cut the mustard.

Keegan tells Shakil he’s going to get revenge on Bex for her recent actions.
Denise has made an impression with her comments in the Walford Gazette about the state of the community and the Minute Mart. Keegan soon shows up looking for trouble but is sent packing by Kush. Denise is later nervous after taking a call from the Minute Mart’s local area manager who wants to see her.
Elsewhere, Jane calls on Dot to help a stubborn Ian; Mick’s upturn in fortunes proves short-lived.

Over in the Yorkshire dales Laurel is feeling apprehensive about going to see Ashley, at his care home. She explains to Marlon how he no longer recognises her. Later she heads off to visit Ashley however is left distraught when she sees him taking an interest in his new friend Maggie while he treats Laurel like a stranger. When Marlon calls in to see how things went she appreciates his attempts to cheer her mood; however things go ‘tits up’ when Sandy finds the pair having a smooch.
Also tonight Jai confronts Priya about her secret relationship with Rakesh, leaving her concerned about Nicola and Jimmy’s reaction. Priya and Rakesh are galvanised as they prepare to break the news. Later in the Woolpack, they broadcast their renewed relationship by having a drink together, leaving Rishi surprised. It remains to be seen how Nicola will react to the latest developments.

The grieving Nightingales prepare for Nathan’s funeral and Tabby arrives to support her family. It’s all too much for Marnie to bear and she makes a shocking confession to the congregation at the funeral, angering Ellie in particular. The day takes another turn as Marnie overhears a conversation between Mac and Lisa…
Frankie wants to spread the word about her and Diego but he encourages her to play the long game for the sake of their business venture. Frankie confides in Esther who isn’t convinced that Diego is being genuine.
Elsewhere, Sally catches Neeta skiving, but feels awful when she sees how upset Neeta is about the Nightingale tragedy.

Mrs Tembe is most unimpressed with the hospital food. She reveals to JJ that she is plotting something… She has a plan to sneak into the kitchens and prove that they can make a cheap, nutritional meal. She asks JJ to go and buy some ingredients. They sneak into the kitchen and get chopping! JJ is amazed at what she makes. Elsewhere Karen has been sent a fitness hula hoop by Immie to help cheer her up. Valerie says she has separation syndrome. Ayesha is negative about the hoop. Karen gets frustrated that Ruhma is a natural and she isn’t. Ruhma has to persuade her to give it another go.
Daniel goes to Mrs Tembe’s office to do some paperwork in her absence. Zara pops in, leaving Joe with Ruhma, and wonders why he hasn’t done certain things, and shows him a better system of organisation. It looks like they are going to suffer when certain prices go up, and they discuss worst case scenarios. Daniel suggests that they might need to let someone go, but Zara rebuffs that as nonsense. But Sid, passing at that moment, only hears the suggestion, and starts to worry. Daniel brushing Sid off on the way to see Zara doesn’t help Sid’s thought process.
