SoapWorld takes a look at the goings on in Coronation Street, EastEnders, Emmerdale, Hollyoaks and Doctors this Monday in our weekday Pick of the Plots.
Phelan loiters by the garage, keen to destroy CCTV footage of his conversation with Todd. He seethes at being told to ‘do one’ by Kevin and orders Andy to torch the garage. Later, Phelan plies Kevin with vodka at the bistro before, using Kevin’s keys, leaving him in the back of a car in the old garage. As Andy begins his leg of the task, he’s interrupted by Luke and Tracy.
Andy breathes a sigh of relief as Luke and Tracy fail to spot him. Meanwhile, Freddie, Tyrone and Luke find a drunk Kevin and decide to leave him to it. Seizing the moment, Andy sets fire to the new garage before making off with Kevin’s laptop. Phelan’s smug as the blaze takes hold while Freddie, Tyrone, Luke and Kevin watch on in anguish. Meanwhile, at their flat Steph discovers Andy’s blackened clothes and confronts him. Andy finally unburdens himself but will Steph stand by her man?
At the Rovers, Michelle has shut herself away and Steve is at a loss as to how to cope. Meanwhile, Leanne reassures Nick who’s fretful that Michelle’s early labour may have been caused by a genetic defect. Later, as Eileen takes Steve’s mind off things at the cab office, Michelle finally emerges and is disappointed that he’s not there. When Nick approaches Steve pondering a genetic defect, he gets a smack, but Michelle sees the confrontation and is further unhappy.
Elsewhere, Gary returns from Germany to find out the gym has gone bust but Sarah soon takes his mind off things with a passionate kiss – are they back on?

The Mitchells celebrate Phil’s birthday but Sharon is put in a difficult position when Phil drops a bombshell.
Dot is taken back when Jack refuses to sugar coat Ronnie and Roxy’s deaths for the sake of the children. Alone, Dot and Glenda mull it over but things become tense when Charlie’s name is brought up, with Dot of the opinion he has rights to Matthew. Later, Jack opens up to Dot and Glenda and admits he’s struggling to hold it together leaving both concerned.
Elsewhere, Babe secretly continues to serve alcohol before hours.

Nicola is thrown as she thanks Neville for paying out on the insurance (re the fire at The Mill which left her injured) but is puzzled when he informs her no pay out occurred. The encounter leaves Nicola determined to get to the bottom of Rakesh’s lies.
David warns Tracy she needs to tell Nathan his services as Finn’s pretend boyfriend are no longer required. However, at the café, Finn’s surprised when Nathan arrives and it is not long before he discovers Tracy has been paying Nathan to take him out.
Elsewhere, Chas gets the wrong end of the stick and thinks Charity and Bob spent the night together when she finds him in the Woolpack back room. Rhona apologises to Pierce, taking the blame for last night, but is uneasy to think she’s not been forgiven.
Emmerdale, Monday at 7pm on ITV, STV and UTV.
Esther still can’t remember anything from the shooting and Kim is put out that Esther only wants to be comforted by Grace. Esther is distressed and wants Grace to make Eva pay. Later, Esther lashes out at Kim and Frankie.
Lisa and Mac are feeling guilty about having sex in the cellar while Nathan was being attacked. Later, Mac sees Prince with an eagle badge on his jacket and assumes he’s the one who broke into the pub. Grace overhears the argument and guesses that the burglar was Liam.
Liam and Eva are planning to skip the country but Liam needs to say goodbye to his family first. While with Adam, Liam receives a panicked call from Eva who’s been forced to abandon her car, and he asks for Adam’s help. Adam helps Liam and Eva escape but Grace tells Adam about the robbery at The Dog and swears that she’s going to make Eva pay.
Hollyoaks, Monday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.
