Following last week’s spectacular tram-crash in Coronation Street we are asking you to vote for the Best Bang of 2010. Was it the Coronation Street tram-crash, the Queen Vic fire in EastEnders or the Hollyoaks fire?

Last week’s explosion/tram-crash in Coronation Street destroyed The Joinery and also brought down the Corner Shop, the Kabin and Number 13. It has also claimed the lives of Ashley Peacock (Steven Arnold), Molly Dobbs (Vicky Binns), Charlotte Hoyle (Becky Hindley) and at the time of writing this has yet to claim its fourth promised victim; there’s much speculation over who that will be. The Queen Vic fire in EastEnders didn’t claim any lives with everyone managing to escape in time but it did result in landlady Peggy Mitchell (Barbara Windsor) deciding enough was enough and quitting Walford. The Hollyoaks fire claimed several victims such as Steph (Carley Stenson) but was it the most impressive soap bang of 2009?

Voting couldn’t be easier; our poll is located in the black box on the right-hand side of the page. Select the soap of your choice and click vote; you will be then be redirected to the results page so you can see how our other readers are voting. Voting will close on Christmas Eve 2010.
