Lionel Hampden speaks to children about the amount pocket money they receive in the Midlands.

He introduces the segment stating that the Chairman of Walsall Juvenile Court recently informed father of a son accused of theft that five shillings per weel was insufficient. Lionel proceeds to speak with several children regarding their pocket money and also consults a headmaster on the matter.
