Stacey Solomon is the celeb we’d all love to have round for Christmas lunch according to a new poll.
Mum-of-five Stacey, 35, came out as the clear favourite in the massive ‘Festive Friends‘ survey of over 13,500 people by – gaining 68 per cent of the vote. The presenter of Crafty Christmas and Loose Women who has over 6 million followers on Instagram, was deemed “down to earth”, “a great mum” and “inspirational and creative” by voters.
In the research by Park Christmas Savings she was followed in the poll by Kate Middleton, 42, who voters said “stood out among the rest” for her courage and dignity, after facing a challenging year of chemotherapy following a cancer diagnosis.
The royal mum-of-three was closely followed by ITV This Morning’s Alison Hammond, 49, who came third. Fans of This Morning have seen Alison’s popularity rocket in recent years, going from a stand-in and Friday presenter, to now a key face of the ITV daytime show.
Voters said they couldn’t get enough of Alison’s wonderful laugh, positivity and natural screen presence. “She would be such a fun guest and definitely a first choice as a celebrity to come over for Christmas dinner,” said one voter.

Other stars who made it into the top 10 of the Festive Friends poll included Davina McCall, who recently revealed she underwent surgery for a brain tumour.
She was followed by BBC Strictly favourite Amy Dowden, podcaster, author and presenter Fearne Cotton, Giovanna Fletcher, Charlotte Dawson, Victoria Beckham, Katie Price and social media mega influencer, Sophie Hinchcliffe aka Mrs Hinch.
The Park Christmas Savings’ Festive Friends survey also looked at friendship styles and personality types among British men and women aged 18 to 65, with over 1 in 4 women admitting they are ‘bossy friend’ who organises nights out and 14% admitted they are the joker in their buddy circle.
