On this Day 1966: Are good manners in decline?

OTD, November 21st 1966…

ATV Today reporter Reg Harcourt went out onto the streets to get the public’s view on good manners and if they were in decline with bad manners replacing them – from shopping to opening doors and road users.

One young man interviewed notes it’s a “lack of concern for other people” that appears to have become the new normal.
