Magic and Hits Radio welcome the Chapman and Wyatt respectively…
Presenter, broadcaster and author Nicki Chapman has become the newest member of the Magic Radio family. From January 6th 2025, Nicki will be the host of Mellow Magic, with listeners able to hear Nicki every Monday to Thursday from 8pm. Mellow Magic offers timeless tunes from Adele to ABBA to Whitney and Westlife as they unwind from their day with Nicki.

“I’m honoured to be presenting Mellow Magic at the start of next year – it’s such an iconic show & brand. I’m really looking forward to playing some of the world’s greatest songs each night – many of which I’ve been involved in – and becoming friends with the listeners, however they’re spending their evenings.”
As well as Mellow Magic, Nicki will also host a series of music specials and long-form interviews across the year for Magic Radio. Current weekday Mellow Magic presenter Lynn Parsons will move to present the show on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. Jen Thomas will also remain part of the Mellow Magic family Bauer have noted.

Meanwhile Kimberly Wyatt has been announced as the new presenter of The Hits Radio Throwback on Hits Radio with her first show airing this Sunday November 10th at 7pm.
The former Pussycat Doll and Grammy nominee joined Fleur East on the Hits Radio Breakfast Show this morning to share the news and said: ‘The cat is finally out of the bag! It’s so awesome to be part of the family… I’m so excited it’s like a new little adventure. I’ve been DJing for quite some time but to be able to spend some time with everybody on a Sunday and play some of my favourite tunes – I’m really looking forward to it.’
