Disney Store welcomes celebs for holiday season spectacular

Guests enjoyed an enchanting showcase of new Disney products while immersing themselves in festive activities with friends and family…

Earlier this week the Disney Store welcomed the holiday season in spectacular fashion with its Magical Holiday Event at its Oxford Street location, unveiling the latest Disney Holiday and Moana 2 collections. Surrounded by a world of starry enchantment, guests of all ages joined in a morning filled with Disney-themed activities, including a special meet-and-great with Moana, making it an unforgettable start to the season.

Among the well-known faces in attendance were Laura Whitmore and her family, Ollie and Gareth Locke-Locke with their children, Opollo and Cosima, Ryan Libbey with his son Leo, joined by Zara McDermott, and Michelle Heaton with her family.

Laura Whitmore:

Guests were invited to embrace their creativity at Disney Character Crafting Tables and embark on a Disney Star Scavenger Hunt. Families gathered at the “Postcards to Mickey” station to write their first holiday card of the season, adding a heartwarming touch to the day.

In celebration of the upcoming Walt Disney Animation Studios film Moana 2, attendees explored an Augmented-Reality Sandbox, where they could sculpt their own seas, islands, and mountains, transforming them with interactive magic to embark on a unique journey across the ocean. Guests of all ages also enjoyed the Moana-inspired Giant Colouring Wall, adding splashes of colour to scenes from the beloved story.

Alongside these engaging activities, the event offered an exclusive preview of the newest Disney Holiday and Moana 2 collections, brimming with perfect gift ideas. Featured items included the Mickey Mouse Soft Toy, dressed in a Santa hat, and the Chip ‘n Dale Light-Up Holiday Tree Topper, where the iconic duo perches atop a glowing snowflake star.  Cozy seasonal options like the Mickey and Pluto Lounge Hooded Top, with festive art and playful mouse ears, and the Stitch Light-Up Festive Jumper starring Santa Stitch were among the highlights.
