Before her pre-trial meeting, Linda is finding it hard to maintain her sobriety due to the threatening letters she has been receiving. At the same time, Dean is pushing Bernie to up the ante, prompting her to start sending texts as well.
Linda is shaken to discover that the person behind these threats has her phone number, and she confides in Johnny that she won’t be going to the meeting. In a desperate bid to calm Linda enough to get her there, Johnny takes matters into his own hands.
Meanwhile, Peter is annoyed that Bobby was promoted to manager at Beale’s Eels, not him. Lauren is suspicious of Cindy’s motives. Peter confronts Cindy.
When Junior overhears Peter, Lauren and Gina speculating about Cindy, he offers Peter a job on his new contract to keep him out of their way.
Elsewhere, Nish makes a desperate attempt to upset Suki and Eve by making Ayesha a tempting offer.

Rowan assures Leanne that she’s doing the right thing by distancing herself from Toyah’s operation and looking after number one. Mortified, it’s Nick who’s by Toyah’s side.
In the hospital, the consultant approaches Nick with news. Nick calls Leanne, telling her that Toyah has suffered complications and she needs to get there as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, Amy tells an excited Leanne that she’s looking to invest her inheritance in the new resource centre but she’ll need sign-off from Ken.
Aadi quizzes Amy about her plans to invest in The Institute and warns her to think hard before taking any risks with Deirdre’s money.
Elsewhere, Steve invites Cassie to an evening of classical music in the park. Cassie arrives done up to the nines, but when Steve reveals that she’s going with Ken as he’s got a hot date with Demi, how will Cassie react?
