Pick of the Plots: Wednesday 13th December

It’s the day of Sharon and Keanu’s hen and stag dos.

A guilt-ridden Sharon burns a letter from the hospital detailing Albie’s paternity, but later reveals all to Linda.

Sharon worries that Linda will expose the truth as she tries to put on a brave face at the party. However, as they have a moment together, Linda promises to keep Sharon’s secret.

Meanwhile, Stacey is touched when she and Jack go shopping and he buys Christmas presents for her children.

Elsewhere, Gina lets Dean know that she believes him over Linda, and Sonia and Reiss receive good news from the clinic that their egg retrieval process was a success.

Jenny and Ken are thrilled when Daisy breaks the news that she and Daniel are buying the pub. Daisy is thrown when Daniel tells her that he hopes the next step will be her adopting Bertie.

The penny drops for Ryan when Daniel makes a throwaway comment about the gym job. He tells Daisy he thinks Daniel knows about them and sabotaged the job, explaining to her about the video. Daisy thinks that he is overthinking things, but back at the flat, her guilt gets the better of her as she fills in the adoption form and she admits the truth to Daniel.

Meanwhile, over lunch in the Bistro, Stu quizzes a shocked Dom about his life in Germany. With lunch over, Stu offers Dom £10k in cash to stay out of Eliza’s life. Will he accept?

Elsewhere, Terry calls in at the garage and orders Tyrone to return the dog by 6pm or he will regret it. Tyrone’s rattled knowing that Roy has taken the dog to a rescue centre. Evelyn concedes that they have no choice but to collect the dog and comply with Terry’s request.

Also, Jenny logs onto Stephen’s laptop looking for her list of suppliers; David studies Stephen’s journal and is taken aback to discover that Gail was initially unsure who Sarah’s father was.

Coronation Street, ITV1, tonight at 8pm

Mack and Charity covertly follow Amy’s car as it leaves the village. When they get stuck at some temporary traffic lights, Matty is horrified and Amy is furious to spot Mack and Charity are following them.

With Mack increasingly frustrated over Amy’s unwillingness to tell him where his son is, he takes drastic measures and snatches her phone.

Meanwhile, Manpreet encourages Eric to open up to his friend. Eric is perplexed by Rodney’s casual reaction to his diagnosis.

Elsewhere, Victoria opens up to Aaron about her relationship with Jacob.
