Peter Green talked to Len Wilson for ATV Today. Len, a 78-year-old former narrowboat skipper, recalls the way of life he used to have when working the canals.
In honour of Mr. Wilson, the Walsall Waterways Activity Group dressed up for a two-and-a-half-day canal cruise to Ellesmere Port in Cheshire. Wilson talks about some of the freight he used to transport during the First World War.
