GRACE
John Simm has returned to his role as Brighton-based Detective Superintendent Roy Grace. As East Sussex police bid farewell to ACC Alison Vosper, the announcement of her replacement is not welcome news for Grace. Shaken by the recent sighting of Sandy, Roy attempts to get closer to the truth while trying to move forward with Cleo, as he is drawn into three sinister investigations.
A chilling serial offender from Grace’s past, a road traffic accident which unleashes a web of vengeance and a shocking murder attempt on the Brighton music scene, all test Grace’s skill as past and present collide for Roy, forcing him to confront old memories and learn from previous mistakes.
In tonight’s second episode of the third series Grace and his team are called to the site of a tragic road traffic collision involving three vehicles: an articulated lorry, a car and a blue pickup truck.
An unexpected discovery at the scene, found on the victim, soon suggests there could be far more to this particular accident than meets the eye, sparking an unsettling chain of events which leads Grace and Branson on a tense, desperate game of cat and mouse through the city of Brighton to save an innocent life before time runs out.

WILD ISLES
Sir David Attenborough explores our grasslands, some of Britain and Ireland’s most beautiful places. From the coastal flower meadows in the Scottish Outer Hebrides to the rich open landscapes in the mountains of south-west Ireland, we enter surprising and dramatic worlds inhabited by creatures great and small.
Over in Gloucestershire, cameras uncover a remarkable conservation success story. Once extinct in our shores they are now believed to be home to one of the largest concentrations of large blue butterflies anywhere in the world. But these winged wonders are the product of an extraordinarily sinister lifecycle; their survival relies on a game of deception with a red ant, which is tricked into adopting the butterfly’s unassuming but predatory caterpillars into its nest. The ants soon pay the price, as the caterpillar begins a six-month gorge on their larvae.
In County Kerry, spectacular battles are captured between red deer stags, the largest wild animals to walk our isles, whilst in Cambridgeshire, it’s revealed how feisty herds of free-ranging horses are restoring our lost wild grasslands.
