James is seen visiting incel Eric (Angus Castle-Doughty) in prison giving chilling insights into his continuing obsessions. Ste tells him he would accept ‘anything but this’ to save Juliet. But as James puts his sister first, is he signing a deal with the devil…?
Elsewhere, three generations of Andersons are united when Pearl’s daughter Sharon (played by Jamelia) – surprises a delighted Felix (Richard Blackwood) with her return. But daughter Zoe (Garcia Brown) is less impressed.
An unimpressed Sally St Claire (Annei Wallace) reveals to the McQueens that they are being evicted after not paying their bills. Undeterred, Mercedes (Jennifer Metcalfe) plans to save them with schemes including opening the cellar as a speakeasy and investing in the garage.
The family go all in with a trip to Chester races. Will it pay off?
Also, Rafe (Chris Gordon), a member of the nobility, meets Sienna (Anna Passey) at the races and she is taken by him. And there is relief for Scott (Ross Adams) when missing Vicky (Anya Lawrence) returns.
