Sara Cox is back between the covers on BBC Two

Sara Cox is back for the sixth series of this entertainment show, which celebrates the joy of books and reading. This week Sara is joined by broadcaster Angela Scanlon, DJ Spoony, the barrister turned author and broadcaster Rob Rinder, and musician and presenter Cerys Matthews.

They will all bring their favourite books to champion, their BYOBs – Bring Your Own Books – as well as review this week’s two book club choices: The first of the New Book Picks is In The Blink Of An Eye by Jo Callaghan and in the first of their selection of books set in Europe to celebrate Eurovision, the show heads to Iceland with Burial Rites by Hannah Kent.

Between The Covers gives BBC audiences across the UK the opportunity to take part in an inclusive book club inspiring new readers as well as avid bookaholics. The 12 selected books featured in the series will be labelled with Between The Covers stickers in shops, libraries and online so that audiences can read and join the conversation on social media using #BetweenTheCovers
