Your Pick of the Plots for Tuesday, January 11.

Aaron goes against his father’s advice to keep a low profile, and soon has a run in with Neil. They are interrupted by Harvey who orders Neil out. Aaron’s left seething when Neil threatens to hurt Dana.

Aaron has a plan; he will go to the group and convince them that Neil has lost his mind. He is successful in his endeavour but at a cost –  he has to take Neil’s place and run the operation in Manchester.

Later, after an unnerving encounter with Aaron, Bobby shares his fears with Dana. Aaron accuses Bobby of manipulating Dana and asks her to go to Manchester with him.

Meanwhile, Dotty wakes up after a night of sleeping rough in the allotments. She tells Vinny that if he can find her a place to stay then maybe they could give things a go romantically.

Elsewhere, Whitney encourages Chelsea to ‘stay in the game’ – they will catch Gray as soon as he slips up. Callum turns to Phil for help.

EastEnders, BBC One, 7.30pm

Liam’s concerns about Meena grow when he sees blood seeping through a dressing on her wrist. When Liam reveals that he knows about Meena’s fake pregnancy, she’s disconcerted.

Meena threatens to accuse Liam of sexually harassing her if he continues digging into her business.

Returning to the barn, Meena informs terrified Vinny and Manpreet that Liam’s interference has escalated her plans and as such, today will be their final day alive.

Meanwhile, Tracy tells Charity she has been offered a new job in Nottingham.

Elsewhere, Priya is determined on her first day back but an encounter with a forceful client stresses her out.

Emmerdale, ITV, 7pm

Flashbacks continue to show the events that led to a boom for the village.

Stressed by his secrets, Bobby panics the McQueens as he decides to hide from his problems. Amongst the chaos, Sylver decides to leave the village and his family behind.

Meanwhile, deciding not to give up, Toby prepares for another psychological evaluation, but any good news is quickly overshadowed as Saul confronts him with his final verdict.

Later, as the Devereaux family gather to celebrate, Toby readies himself to make a shattering revelation, but something catastrophic stops him in his tracks.

Elsewhere, Yazz puts her foot in it and reveals Juliet’s plans to Peri. Maxine has a proposal for Scott, but will it put the skip back in his step?
