A new site for cinema drive-in company.
Following rapid growth, drive-in cinema specialist Nightflix is today announcing its sixth permanent drive-in location, at the heart of the new Prince Phillip Park development in Whitehill & Bordon in Hampshire.
“It’s an honour to be able to bring the uniqueness of a drive-in to another permanent site, and one which is set to be a real focal point for this brand-new town development. Drive-ins have cemented their place in people’s hearts over the past year and Nightflix is exceptionally proud to be making this a part of the Whitehill & Bordon new town development for future generations to enjoy and share with families and friends.” – Nightflix CEO Ben Stonehouse
The site will be open to the public on 15th July 2021, offering the local area a mix of beloved classics and new launch releases from the comfort of their own vehicles. It will occupy the former site of the Sandhurst Block, complete with the original clock tower for a striking backdrop to the silver screen.
The site will have capacity for 88 vehicles, and will run year round offering immersive and accessible viewing of everything from cult classics to the latest blockbusters. The site will also offer food and beverage provided by local businesses.
The drive-in site will sit alongside numerous other new developments in the town centre, which include the Shed, a restaurant and leisure hub, and the recently opened Everyone Active leisure centre with six lane swimming pool, fitness centre and studios which is located adjacent to The Shed. Further innovative and dynamic entertainment, leisure, health and retail facilities are in the development pipeline.
