SoapWorld takes a look at the latest goings on in EastEnders, Emmerdale, Hollyoaks and Doctors this Thursday.
Jay invites Phil and Sharon over for dinner so that Ben can clear the air with his dad. When Phil fails to show, Ben tests Jay’s limits and lets slip about how much the car lot is really worth; leaving Jay to realise the extent behind Ben’s upset. Wanting to fix things, Jay rushes over to confront Phil.
Struggling with Max’s demands, Steven decides it’s time to tell Lauren the truth. Expecting her to return that night, Steven tells Abi they were a mistake and it’s Lauren he wants to be with. Will Steven go through with his plan?
Elsewhere Karen’s financial woes grow; Jane and Ian break the news to Kathy that they don’t want her to live with them.
EastEnders, Thursday at 7.30pm on BBC One.
It’s the day of their wedding, but Pete is considering coming clean to Leyla about his affair with Priya. As the morning progresses, Pete becomes more fixated on the idea but Adam tries to put him off being honest.
Meanwhile, Leyla is having her own doubts, and confides in Priya that she’s worried she’s rushing into things. Later, Leyla is late for the wedding, leaving Pete unsettled by the delay. Will the wedding go ahead?
Elsewhere Nicola and Kerry set up Jimmy and Dan to race against each other; Harriet has some questions; and Emma is fed up of gossip.

Sienna is heartbroken that Warren isn’t at her bedside when she wakes up. Instead he’s meeting Mandy and threatens her to leave the village and never return. Later, Sienna lies to Warren that the cancer has gone.
Tom borrows Darren’s car with a stash of heroin in the boot. He’s pulled over by the police for driving slowly just as Darren and Nancy arrive at the scene, but Darren quickly gets his bag of drugs out of the boot. Later, Nancy is suspicious.
Elsewhere Brody and Damon take a shine to Cleo; Misbah offers Tegan a job after she helps Yasmine.
Hollyoaks, Thursday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.
Doctors is off-air for its annual summer break.
