SoapWorld takes a look at the latest goings on in Coronation Street, Emmerdale, Hollyoaks and Doctors this Wednesday.
Bethany panics when Sarah insists on taking her to the doctors for contraception (she’s already had the implant). How will she explain herself to her mum? As Bethany sets off for an evening at Nathan’s she’s touched that Sarah’s treating her as adult, but it’s clear it’s a strain for Sarah. Meanwhile Bethany feels awkward when she arrives at the party and all the guests bar Mel are men.
As Michelle snoops on Steve’s cloud storage she’s upset to see the photo of him with Oli. Leanne’s alarmed to learn that Nick’s organised a meeting to discuss stopping Steve getting access to Oli. As they meet with the solicitor in the bistro, Michelle arrives for lunch with Robert and causes mischief by texting Nick the photo.
Elsewhere, Gail decides that David and Maria would make a great couple.
Coronation Street, Wednesday at 7.30pm on ITV, UTV and STV.
Gabby apologises to Laurel while Robert feels out of his depth when Liv’s expelled from school for hitting Josh in defence of Gabby. Gabby is troubled at being the subject of mean social media postings. After Bernice scolds Gabby over her unruly behaviour, Laurel makes a decision and books a trip away for her and the kids.
With Chas and Charity away, The Woolpack is in disarray. Faith jumps behind the counter to muck in leading to Victoria singing her praises. As Faith makes an effort, Moira tells Cain to go easy on his mum.
Elsewhere, a worried Robert tells Rebecca that some sort of incident has prevented him from seeing Aaron; Lisa delivers a blow to Zak about their relationship.
Emmerdale, Wednesday at 7pm on ITV, STV and UTV.
James orders credit card fraudster Scott to pay back the £5,500 he owes in three months – with interest. Scott confides in Lily about a Christmas present he found one year from his father to his mistress. Lily recognises the present, it belongs to Diane – was Diane having an affair with Scott’s dad?
Adam throws an engagement party at The Loft. He makes a toast to Maxine, but Darcy shows up. Meanwhile, Darren gets a cheap video camera so that Esther can record the party and make a video for Adam. However, Kim isn’t happy with Esther being at the party and intervenes, confusing Esther in the process.
Elsewhere, Adam clashes with Neeta over Grace; Freddie advises Nick to delete the video he made of him and Holly; and Ellie is over the moon when Freddie makes a gesture but things quickly sour between them.
Hollyoaks, Wednesday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.
Mrs Tembe comes to a decision at the opera, and Sid visits his mentor. Emma and Rob attempt to uncover the truth when a man is robbed at a lap-dancing club.
