Pick of the Plots: Wednesday February 22nd

SoapWorld takes a look at the latest goings on in Coronation Street, Emmerdale, Hollyoaks and Doctors this Wednesday.

SoapWeek: Corrie

As Toyah fusses over the baby, Leanne announces that they’re calling him Oliver. Nick gets a shock when Leanne snubs the idea of his name going on the birth certificate. Meanwhile, Peter and Toyah discover they both know that Nick’s not the baby’s father.

Steve’s horrified that Michelle wants to see Leanne’s baby but knows he must play along for her sake. Making out he’s too upset as it stirs up memories of Ruairi, Steve waits outside Victoria Court whilst Michelle heads up to see Leanne’s new baby. How will Michelle cope?

Elsewhere, Aidan returns from Spain and is annoyed to find Jenny ensconced in the factory office; Liam is desperate to see mum in prison.

SoapWeek: Hollyoaks

Sienna’s suspicions are piqued after seeing Joel hand over a bag of cash to Shane. She confronts Joel, and Warren also wants answers when he finds out Joel wants to leave the church. Warren warns a worried Joel to stay away from him.

Scott tells Ste that he saw him kissing John Paul and wonders whether to tell Harry. Tensions are high between Diane and Tony, and Scott calls an intervention. It seems to work, but Tony can tell that Diane is hiding something.

Elsewhere, Mac is concerned that suspicious Marnie could discover his and Lisa’s affair.

Hollyoaks, Wednesday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.
