Chris Tarrant visited the Bay Tree Hotel, Burford, Oxfordshire. What appears to be quite the usual hospitality on the outside soon reveals an different situation indoors.
This hotel in the Cotswolds was entirely run and operated by women employees. Chris speaks with owner Sylvia Grey as to why she has only ever employed women.
