In the first episode, Natalie investigates LED face masks, ice baths, lion’s mane mushrooms and packing cubes. Putting herself on the line in the name of science, a shivering Natalie takes the plunge in a tank of cold water to measure her body’s response and undergoes a high-tech facial scan to see if her skin could benefit from red light therapy.
Natalie also knocks back some funky fungi to see if lion’s mane mushrooms really can boost your focus and memory.
