ITVX adds more horror to streaming offering

Two horror shows will join ITVX’s line up this month…

All three series of horror-comedy Stan Against Evil will stream on ITVX from this Thursday 13th March, plus neo-noir horror Deadwax will stream from Thursday 20th March.

Stan Against Evil – Series 1 – 3. 172 demons have been unleashed on the residents of Williard’s Mill as payback for a massive witch-burning hundreds of years ago. Evie (Janet Varney), the lucky new sheriff in town, needs to work with the former sheriff, Stan Miller (John C. McGinley), who was forced to retire after an altercation at his wife’s funeral.

The only way both Evie and Stan can save the town is to find and destroy every one of the demons. The key to saving the town lies in decoding a century’s old book, found in Stan’s recently deceased wife’s sewing room…

Deadwax is a mind-bending neo-noir horror series set in the obsessive world of vinyl collecting. Etta Pryce (Hannah Gross), a vinyl tracker, is hired by a rich collector to hunt a legendary rare record that has driven its owners mad and killed anyone that has dared to play it.

The more Etta investigates and learns about how impossibly dangerous, and real, this record may actually be, the more seduced she becomes by the temptation of hearing it herself – no matter what the cost.
