Olly Murs joins while there are new slots for Vicky Pattison, Ben Atkinson, Guy Howard and Fia Tarrant…
Olly Murs has joined Heart to host a the Saturday Breakfast show alongside Mark Wright starting Saturday 1st of March. Heart – the home of feel good for 13.3 million weekly listeners – has confirmed its refreshed new schedule today, with singer, songwriter and presenter Olly Murs hosting a brand new weekend breakfast show alongside his good friend Mark Wright every Saturday from 9am – 12pm.
Olly, who is no stranger to Heart, is one of the UK’s biggest singer-songwriters, known for his huge hits ‘Troublemaker’ and ‘Dance With Me Tonight’. He is a huge personality in entertainment, having previously presented on The X Factor and hosting his own TV show Starstruck. Olly will join Mark Wright in the Heart studio, so listeners can expect the best feel good tunes, celebrity interviews and no doubt Olly and Mark getting into some antics along the way.
Also on Heart, Vicky Pattison who previously hosted Drive across Heart North East, has a brand new show across the UK, bringing listeners all the positive weekend vibes every Saturday late afternoon from 4pm – 7pm. Vicky is a huge hit with the Heart audience and will keep listeners company as she plays the best tunes. Elsewhere on the Heart schedule, Ben Atkinson moves to 10pm – 1am Monday to Thursday. Guy Howard keeps the feel good tunes coming as the new host of weekday overnights from 1am – 4am.
Over on Heart’s decade station, Heart 00s, Fia Tarrant is the new host on Breakfast, playing all the biggest throwback tunes of the decade non-stop from 6am–10am.
