Walford regulars are stepping out of Albert Square…
To help celebrate EastEnders‘ 40th anniversary celebrations, iconic stars from the show’s past and present are taking over two major BBC shows: Saturday night quiz, Celebrity Bridge of Lies, and the much-loved lifestyle series, Celebrity Antiques Road Trip.
On Saturday 15 February, four Walford stars will be hoping to become the ultimate Queen Vic pub quiz team in a special Albert Square-themed episode of Celebrity Bridge of Lies on BBC One. Taking on the formidable bridge for the very first time are EastEnders’ longest-serving actor, Adam Woodyatt (Ian Beale) and Michelle Collins, who plays his ex-wife, Cindy Beale.
Joining them in the team are Micah Balfour, who plays Junior Knight, and Molly Rainford, who plays Junior’s half-sister, Anna Knight. All four actors’ alter egos are involved in the ongoing ‘Who Attacked Cindy?’ storyline, with the culprit set to be revealed during EastEnders’ 40th anniversary week – but there’ll be no bad blood in the Celebrity Bridge of Lies studio, as they work together as a team to get across the bridge and win money for their chosen charities.
Each round will feature Enders-themed questions, and keeping a watchful eye over proceedings will of course be Celebrity Bridge of Lies host – and Walford royalty himself – Ross Kemp.

The BBC announced earlier this year that Ross Kemp is set to reprise the role of Grant Mitchell to mark the soap’s anniversary, and he’ll also present BBC One documentary special, EastEnders: 40 Years on The Square.
On Friday 14 February, former cast members Danielle Harold (Lola Pearce) and Max Bowden (Ben Mitchell) will be heading to the Cotswolds in a special episode of Celebrity Antiques Road Trip.
Channelling that East End drama, the pair will go head-to-head to see who can uncover the most interesting antiques and make the most money at auction.
As is Antiques Road Trip tradition, Max and Danielle will cruise around the Cotswolds in a 1964 P1800S Volvo. Guided by Road Trip experts, Hettie Jago and Ishy Khan, Danielle leans towards the curious in the form of mannequins and miniature binoculars, while Max embraces history and film culture with a toy from a famous spy movie. But which Walford icon will blag the best deals and take home the most cash?
Celebrity Antiques Road Trip airs on BBC Two at 7pm on Friday 14 January. | Celebrity Bridge of Lies airs on BBC One and iPlayer at 7:50pm on Saturday 15 February.
Celebrity Bridge of Lies is produced by STV Studios Entertainment and Celebrity Antiques Road Trip is produced by STV Studios Factual.
