Madame Tussauds London welcomes back Lady Gaga in wax

It’s a Perfect Illusion!

Madame Tussauds London unveils new red carpet-inspired figure of Hollywood superstar and highly influential artist, Lady Gaga, ahead of the 67th Annual GRAMMY Awards.

Steve Blackburn, General Manager at Madame Tussauds London:

“Lady Gaga has owned the spotlight for decades across music, fashion and most recently, film, so we wanted to create a showstopping look to reflect her iconic status and flair for reinvention. Inspired by her ability to reimagine herself, we reimagined this brand-new figure fifteen years after we launched her first.”

Inspired by Gaga’s look at the 2022 GRAMMY Awards, the world-famous attraction pays homage to the star ahead of this year’s Awards ceremony taking place on February 2nd, in which Gaga’s number one single in collaboration with Bruno Mars, ‘Die with a Smile’, has received two nominations.

The singer-songwriter, actor and performer’s figure is wearing a replica of Gaga’s iconic Armani Privé gown that she wore to the 2022 ceremony. The figure’s Hollywood look is complete with dazzling earrings and statement necklace, eight-inch platform lace-up high heels, and Lady Gaga’s distinctive tattoos, which have been painstakingly hand-painted by the talented Madame Tussauds London studio artists.

Known for her image reinventions and versatility, the multi-talented global superstar continues to own the spotlight across music, acting, and fashion. Just this week, Lady Gaga announced she is set to release her eighth-studio album, Mayhem.

Gaga is the recipient of 13 Grammy Awards and has sold over 170 million records worldwide. Alongside being a pioneering musical icon, Gaga is now a Hollywood sensation, starring in the eight-time Academy Award and five-time Golden Globe Award nominated film, ‘A Star Is Born’ and more recently, starring as Harley Quinn in ‘Joker: Folie à Deux’ released in October 2024.  Her vocal support of the LGBTQIA+ community and message of self-empowerment has further enshrined Gaga as a role model to fans across the world.

This will be Lady Gaga’s second figure at Madame Tussauds London. The first launched in 2010 as part of a worldwide, eight figure launch across Madame Tussauds’ international attractions. Each figure’s look was unique, encapsulating Gaga’s versatile, ever-changing, statement fashion.

Steve Blackburn, General Manager at Madame Tussauds London:

“In time for this year’s awards season, we wanted the multi-talented superstar to accompany our host of other celebrities in the Awards Party zone. It is here where Little Monsters and other fans across the world can now become ‘Paparazzi’ themselves and join our brand-new Lady Gaga figure on the red carpet.”

The new figure will be available for fans to see from Monday 3rd February 2025. Lady Gaga’s figure will feature in the Awards Party zone, joining the star-studded line up of figures such as Timothée Chalamet, Harry Styles, Zendaya, Dwayne Johnson, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and Lil Nas X.
