Channel 4 teams up with NFTS and Norfolk Screen to deliver free online sessions for film and television makers…
Channel 4 has partnered with the National Film and Television School and Norfolk Screen to deliver three, free online sessions for film and television-makers in the East of England, which will also be open to delegates from the rest of the country.

Taking place on Monday 4th and Friday 8th November, the webinars include masterclasses from industry professionals offering practical knowledge, advice and strategies on topics including screenwriting for TV, building an unscripted production company, and pitching techniques.
The initiative, led by 4Skills, will be delivered online to ensure it is accessible to all. It’s open to everybody currently working within or wanting to learn more about the creative industry with previous NFTS sessions reaching thousands of participants across the country.

- Screenwriting for TV with John Servante – Monday 4 November, 10:30 – 12:30

- How to Grow Your Unscripted Company with Mark Robinson – Monday 4 November, 14:00 – 16:00
Creative Director and Executive Producer, Mark Robinson insightful will guide participants through how to build an unscripted production company.
From starting his career at ITV, Mark has gone on to build companies such as Shiver and Wise Owl Films, where he has created over 200 shows, covering a range of genres whilst picking up a raft of awards in the process!
- The Art of Pitching with My Smash Media – Friday 8 November, 10:30 – 12:30
SMASH provides you, the Creators, with free Pitch Builder and Pitch Protector formats enabling you to share your pitch safely whilst protecting your IP. During the online session, there’ll be discussions about what to include in your pitch and then some participants will get the opportunity to practice in front of the cohort.
