On this Day 1974: Model Trams

OTD, July 25th 1974

Bev Smith met with Bob Whetstone, from Bromsgrove, who created a scale model of a 1900s tram car.

Bob of Droitwich Spa had recreated the tram based on technical drawings of the original vehicles. Bev points out some of the miniature features and then talks to Bob about his hobby. He had taken two years to make the model and had made everything by hand.
