On this Day 1966: Firefighting appliance gives unexpected Oxford foaming

A demonstration of the latest sixties fire fighting equipment was on display in Oxford on this day in ’66, however things for the fire brigade didn’t quite go to plan when one of the machines malfunctioned and covered everyone with foam.
