The Radio 4 podcast will be turned into ten half-hour episodes…

Off the back of its digital success, the series will be brought to life on screens for audiences to enjoy even more fun facts and health benefits for all of the family. Airing at 6.30pm the show will see Michael travel across the UK to find the simplest and most surprising ways audiences can improve their health and wellbeing.

Each episode in the series will focus on one simple tip that could inform health transformations with a wealth of scientifically proven benefits to get audiences making changes to their everyday lives. From dancing around in the kitchen to enhance your memory, to getting out in green spaces, eating beetroot, and even performing acts of kindness to supercharge your mood and mental health, this series will be packed with surprisingly simple ways to enhance lifestyles and make changes for the better.

Setting out to inspire, Michael will head to some stunning locations across the UK, including the Lake District, Edinburgh, Cambridgeshire, East Anglia, Staffordshire, Blackpool, Glasgow and North Wales with each location having a surprising connection to the tip in each episode. Michael will be getting out into the local communities and encouraging residents to try something new for their health and get more connected with their area and what health benefits it has offer.

Just One Thing with Michael Mosley will air on BBC Two later this year. The podcast continues on BBC Radio 4 and BBC Sounds.
