Reiss tries to cheer up Sonia but his over-the-top gestures soon grate on her. Later, Sonia admits to Reiss that she is jealous of Whitney’s pregnancy. He suggests that she should start journaling her feelings.

Meanwhile, Denzel lies and asks Yolande for money for a school trip, but unbeknownst to her, Denzel is using the money to buy steroids.

Elsewhere, Cindy convinces George to tell Anna and Gina the truth about his ancestry. Gina pleads for the family to visit Jamaica explaining she’s spent five grand on flights.

Already struggling with the insurance company over his stolen cars, Caleb is even more worried when malicious Ruby suggests he should ruin today’s nursery presentation to prove his loyalties lie with her and not Tracy.

Meanwhile, Amy and Matty set a date for their wedding but are shocked when Kerry is dropped off by PC Swirling, unmistakably dressed as Cher.

Swirling leaves them to allow Kerry to explain the story of how she has been falsely accused of stealing by her fiancé.

Kane wants James to change his visiting order to see him rather than Romeo, who has just come out of isolation. Wanting to make sure he gets what he wants, Kane threatens Romeo.

Kane takes Romeo’s place during visiting time and demands £250,000 from James in return for Romeo’s safety.

Meanwhile, Leela tells Joel she was going to take him back before she overheard him and Abe. After Leela hurts herself doing DIY, she and Joel bond over a flatpack.

Elsewhere, in Price Slice, Cindy opens up about why she wants the job – to help her afford her wedding and keep her mind from thinking of Ella.
