The first UK visit of the year to Summer Bay…
Irene is beside herself after being arrested by Rose – “Did you have to do it in front of everyone? At my workplace?!” While she’s brought down to the station, John desperately searches for Cash, determined to help his friend. Harper is arrested as well, and Dana gives Rose a serve – this is wrong, and she knows it. Under questioning, Irene stands up for herself – does Rose really think she’d break the flippin’ law without a good reason?!
In the waiting room, John lays blame with Harper and Dana – Irene would never have been involved in this if it wasn’t for the two of them. But when Dana faces Irene, she’s met with compassion – Irene went into this with her eyes wide open, and she doesn’t regret it for a minute. Rose has further bad news for Harper and Irene however – the magistrate can’t see them until the morning, and that means they’re staying at the station overnight.
Remi is nowhere to be seen in the wake of Kirby’s change of heart – does he still want Lyrik to get back together? Eden reasons, there may not be a Lyrik at all if Kirby can’t get out of her solo contract with Forrest. Later, Kirby gets bad news on that front – the label is giving her time to rethink her decision, but their position won’t change – they’re not budging on the contract.
Leah is fighting for her and Justin’s lives as she drags herself up the rusted ladders in the abandoned factory. As she reaches the top, she calls down a promise to her new fiancé – she’s getting help, and she’ll be back for him. Outside, Leah may be free of the factory, but she’s in the middle of nowhere, and pushed to her physical and mental limits, she starts to hallucinate. Ultimately, a vision of Justin gives her the fight to keep going, but the real Justin lies lifeless on the factory floor and time is running out. Will Leah and Justin survive?
