Kirstie and Phil deal with Chippenham childhood home

Kirstie and Phil are back with a brand-new series of home loving versus selling.

With budgets strained by soaring build prices, Kirstie calls on her decades of renovation experience to reunite warring couples across the UK and convince them to love their homes. Meanwhile, fresh from his previous series victory, Phil wows us all with some spectacular abodes in an effort to persuade our families to list them.

This time, Kirstie and Phil are in Chippenham to help Tim and Sonia, who moved into Tim’s childhood home eight years ago to care for his elderly mother, with Sonia becoming her primary carer before she sadly passed away. Tim and daughter Ella are ready to List It, for them it was a difficult period of their lives, and they crave a fresh start in a new home. Sonia, on the other hand, wants to Love It and thinks with a little work, they can start the next chapter of their lives here.

Kirstie has her work cut out transforming an outdated interior and warren of small, isolated rooms into a fun, sociable home that these keen entertainers can be proud of.

Meanwhile, Phil pulls out all the stops to find the perfect party pad complete with countryside views that Tim craves. With so much emotion tied up the final decision, it’s a tough task for both sides, but only one can triumph. Will they Love It or List It?
