On the day of the pie and mash shop launch, Dean is furious to see ‘rapist’ daubed across the window. In front of a crowd, he confronts Linda and the Knights and suggests suing them for slander.
After seeking advice from Jack, Linda reluctantly goes to strike a truce with Dean, but her efforts to cool the situation fail.
Ian and Cindy demand that Dean back down or their business will never take off. As Dean tries to speak with Linda, things quickly turn nasty. George lashes out at Dean, who falls down the stairs and lies motionless at the bottom.
Meanwhile, Vinny is concerned as Suki shows the signs of stress and exhaustion. He discovers that she has failed to pick up her prescription for anti-depressants from the doctor.
Nish steps in to resolve a problem with Avani’s passport, and grateful Priya tells her daughter she will make sure he loves having them around. Nish is horrified when Priya passionately kisses him, especially when he realises Suki and Vinny have witnessed everything.
Elsewhere, Alfie goes to have his first hormone injection and is privately glad that Kat goes with him.

Amy and Aadi mull over the events of the night, hoping that when Dan wakes up, he can’t remember what happened to him. Shortly afterwards, DS Swain calls and says she needs them both to accompany her to the station.
DS Swain questions Amy who requests a solicitor. With Dee-Dee present, DS Swain resumes the interview and warns Amy that she could be looking at five years in prison. Later, Amy thanks Aadi for standing by her. Aadi leans in for a kiss and Amy reciprocates, but suddenly she’s overcome by a wave of panic.
Meanwhile, Sean quizzes Dylan about his missing trainers, vowing to call school for answers. As Dylan heads off, Liam waves to him, but Dylan gives him the cold shoulder and Gary clocks his animosity.
In school, Dylan warns Mason of Sean’s intention to report his missing trainers. Mason and Conch tell Mrs Crawshaw that Liam stole Dylan’s trainers. As Mrs Crawshaw opens Liam’s locker, he realises he’s been stitched up.
Elsewhere, when Ronnie reveals that he’s had a call from a property developer mate and he’d like them to oversee the conversion of The Rovers into flats, Ed’s delighted whilst Debbie warns him that he’ll have the whole street against him.
Also, Carla tries to get Beth and Sean back on board at the factory.

Chloe is shocked when Mack admits their relationship is over. Devastated, she dismisses him in a cold and business-like fashion.
Meanwhile, Rhona sneaks off to the hospital to try to see the baby, who is in the ICU. She attempts to find out more from a nurse, but is alarmed that Gus is there too.
Gus leaves Rhona burning with shame and upset after he lambasts her for returning to see Ivy.
Elsewhere, Dawn and Billy have lots of decoration ideas for the nursery, so are upset when Kim presents her interior decorators plans for the nursery.
