Smell ‘spooky’ all year round with ‘Haunted Scent’

Halloween may be over for another year, but it doesn’t mean you can’t ‘smell spooky’ all year round.

Jamie Turner, Marketing Director at Drayton Manor Resort:

“At Drayton Manor Resort, we’re dedicated to creating unforgettable moments and immersive experiences for our guests. We’re thrilled to be partnering with AromaPrime to offer a unique way for our visitors to capture the essence of the spooktacular atmosphere of The Haunted Manor, bringing the magic into their own homes.”

You can now own the smell of Drayton Manor Resort’s popular Halloween event The Haunted Manor! The theme park has collaborated with themed fragrance maker AromaPrime to make the smell available online.

The Haunted Manor uses a range of creepy whiffs to establish an unforgettable atmosphere, including smoky scents and woody notes reminiscent of decrepit castles. The very same ingredients have been used in the new scent available from AromaPrime.

AromaPrime is celebrating 50 years of making immersive smellscapes for the likes of Drayton Manor Resort, Alton Towers Resort, Madame Tussauds and The Dungeons. The company is known for providing stenches such as Rotting Flesh, Vomit and Burning Witch to some of the world’s most popular creepy attractions to evoke feelings of terror and unease.

Liam R. Findlay, Themed Attraction Scenting Consultant at AromaPrime:

“We have always enjoyed working with Drayton Manor Resort on their seasonal events, and it is incredibly exciting to make The Haunted Manor’s memorable atmosphere available, quite literally bottled. Our smell receptors are directly connected to the part of the brain that processes memories and emotions, and this smell can help transport guests back to their happy Halloween memories with a simple sniff.”
