It’s the day of Phil and Kat’s wedding and Alfie is unsure about what to do about Phil and Emma. At Peggy’s, Alfie finds Phil with his family. As the Mitchells begin to disperse, Alfie confronts Phil about Emma, punching him in the face.
As the two men battle it out, it’s clear something else is bothering Alfie. Alfie emotionally reveals that he lied and he does in fact have prostate cancer.
Meanwhile, Suki regrets what she told Nugget about his father. Ravi senses that something is up with his son, but after a heart-to-heart with Zack, he wrongly put his behaviour down to typical adolescent angst. Later, Nugget confronts his dad about Suki’s claims
Elsewhere, Nadine arrives in the Square as Jay worries about being seen with her.

A loved-up Jenny tells Stephen it’s time he moved into the pub. Stephen is full of the joys, but his mood soon changes when he hears a body has been found on Ed and Ronnie’s building site.
Stephen presses Ed for more details. When Ed confirms that it was definitely a man’s body, Stephen’s heart sinks. A uniformed Craig calls at the pub and breaks the news to Jenny that the body is that of Leo’s. Jenny reels in shock, is the game up for Stephen?
Meanwhile, a nervous Ryan agrees to a call where he talks dirty to the guy who messaged him. When Peter overhears, he tells Carla that it’s no wonder Ryan spends so much time in his room as he heard him having phone sex. Daisy listens, unnerved, before confronting Ryan to ask what’s going on.
Elsewhere, Dee-Dee breaks the news that the investor has pulled out of the building project. Ronnie reckons they should cut their losses, but Ed’s adamant it’s too late to pull out. Alone, Ed watches the horse racing, adrenaline pumping.
Also, Paul goes over Shelly’s funeral arrangements with George and explains he’s written some words about her that he’d like placed with her body.

Whilst cleaning at the office, Lydia is terrified when Craig turns up. After Craig pushes her to the limit with his insistence that he did nothing wrong, Lydia calls him a rapist.
Meanwhile, having enjoyed a romantic meal, Gail moves away from Ryan so she can furtively follow up a mysterious phone call.
