Upstairs at The Vic, Cindy desperately tries to explain herself to Gina and Anna. Soon the girls head off to Peggy’s to drown their sorrows.
As Gina goes into self-destruct mode, George fears the worst and tries to track down the girls with Cindy.
In the meantime, Ian tries to avoid Sharon and Phil. When he encounters Phil, Phil makes it clear he wants him gone. Eventually, Sharon talks to Ian.
Later, Ian heads to No.45 to reunite with Kathy who is reeling from Cindy’s arrival. Ian further stuns Kathy when he reveals Cindy’s connection to the Knights.
Elsewhere, Bobby frets that Cindy and Anna will hate him for Lucy’s death. He heads to Peggy’s to check Anna is okay. Still reeling, Anna gets drunk and later finds herself alone with Freddie in the chip shop…

In the factory, Sarah overhears Stephen on the phone talking to Jenny about the Rovers deal. Wrongly assuming he’s talking to Angelique about the Nippersnapper deal, she follows him. Sarah finds Stephen at the hotel and threatens to call the police, believing he is about to pull a fast one on the deal.
When Carla meets up with Lou, she is shocked to hear about Rufus dabbling with LSD. When Lou describes his symptoms, it resonates with Carla. She shares her suspicions with Roy that someone drugged her. Not convinced and believing she is suffering from paranoia again; Roy tells Peter about his concerns. How will Peter react?
Meanwhile, Paul and Bernie call at Shelly’s flat to find her surrounded by boxes and parcels, each containing a laptop. Shelly confesses that she’s been buying laptops on her old company credit card and selling them on to pay for her carers.
Later, Paul presents Summer with one of Shelly’s stolen laptops for her birthday and makes out it was going cheap.
Elsewhere, Ed is disappointed when there is a setback with his plans, but Ronnie secretly relieved.
Also, Jenny returns to the Rovers with Stephen in tow and informs Daisy that she no longer owns the pub. Later, Stephen finds Jenny in the Rovers back room and, telling her it’s time she started to put herself first, takes her in his arms and kisses her passionately.
