In Walford, Peter catches up with Cindy, under instructions from Ian to send her back to France; however, Cindy continues her quest to locate Kathy while Peter’s back is turned.
With no luck in the café, Cindy heads to No.45 to face the music and it’s not long before all hell breaks loose between the women.
Kathy is stunned to learn that Peter is also back in Walford.
Meanwhile, it’s Anna’s 21st birthday and Gina, George and Elaine rally around to make it one to remember. Gina takes Anna to the salon while Elaine, Linda and George transform The Vic into a Spanish fiesta.
George opens up to Elaine about how sad and disappointed he is that Rose is missing yet another milestone in their daughters’ lives. Elaine reassures George before Anna and Gina arrive to a burst of surprises but with the emotions of the day taking over, George steps outside for some air.
Ian arrives at the same time, desperate to get Cindy away. As George and Cindy come face-to-face, they are stunned.

Angelique breaks the news that she won’t be renewing the Nippersnapper contract. Stephen tells Carla, Sarah and Michael that he would consider buying the company outright, but Tim warns Sarah that Stephen is a liar.
Discovering that Gail and Audrey knew about Gabrielle’s treatment of Stephen, she decides to give the woman a call. Later, Audrey shows an equity release letter to Sarah and wonders if it’s got anything to do with the visit she had from an estate agent, which Stephen organised.
Meanwhile, Paul calls at Shelly’s flat and moans to her about Billy’s constant interference. Shelly reckons he should be grateful for Billy’s support. Paul returns home and suggests to Billy they go out for the day and enjoy themselves whilst they still can.
Billy and Paul spend the afternoon at the lake. When Paul suggests they go skinny dipping, Billy finds it hard to refuse. Paul suggests it’s time they booked their wedding and suggests to Billy they have their wedding at the Bistro.
Elsewhere, Dom calls at the solicitors and suggests to Stu and Dee-Dee that they drop the legal proceedings and come to an agreement. Stu refuses and tells Dom he’ll see him in court.
Also, an excited Ed tells Ronnie about a plot of land for sale with planning permission for six houses and reckons they could make a killing. Ronnie reluctantly agrees to look at the details, knowing full well that he’s already spent the money.

When Charles confronts Victor about worming his way into Claudette’s life, things get physical. Claudette catches him in the act and berates him with a slap.
Meanwhile, Mackenzie is relieved that things seem okay.
