Lola braces herself to tell Lexi that she is dying, with Jay and Ben close by for support. Lexi is furious at Lola for lying to her and demands to go back to school.
In the playground after school, Lola’s mother Emma approaches Lexi. Having comforted her oblivious granddaughter, Emma heads to Fox & Hair, where she books an appointment for tomorrow and asks for Lola.
Meanwhile, Ricky is getting away with murder at Sam’s while Jack is desperate to bring him home. At her wit’s end, Denise turns to Stacey for help.
Later, Denise is offered a shoulder to cry on by a flirty Ravi, but she feels guilty when she returns home to a tearful Amy.
Elsewhere, Zack tries to help Whitney by asking Kat to give her the buggy she needs without revealing he bought it.
Later, Zack is concerned about Sam, who soon realises the text from the GUM clinic relates to him. Zack tells Sam that he’s HIV positive.
Also, Reiss is disappointed to be overlooked for Sonia’s lodger.

Meanwhile, Bernice and Bob are disappointed by the failure of their plan to get Jimmy drunk to convince Nicola to buy the shares.
