Following the launch of the second season of the popular Netflix series Bridgerton, searches for steel staircases have increased by 60 per cent, according to the premium fitted furniture brand, Neville Johnson.

Since the latest episodes of the period drama first aired on Netflix, fans have been mesmerised by the lavish homes and interiors of the Bridgertons, the Sharmas and Queen Charlotte. The elegant, period-style staircases have since seen a resurgence in popularity, with homeowners looking to mimic the lavish iron balustrades and invest in more contemporary, steel alternatives.
