Campaigner Jack Monroe talks cost of living crisis

Campaigner Jack Monroe joined Good Morning Britain hosts Ranvir Singh and Richard Madeley to discuss her victory on supermarket food prices amid the cost of living crisis. She revealed the hugely powerful tweets – which affected real and hugely significant change in food pricing and low-cost ranges – were sent ‘sarcastically’ from her bed!

She also revealed that while ASDA has led the field in reintroducing their value range quickly, others have “underestimated the level of concern” and other retailers will have to follow suit.
