Phil isn’t keen on Kat getting involved in Scarlett’s custody case. Kat is sure she is doing the right thing and is irritated by Billy trying to stick up for Janine.

Janine tries to appeal to Kat, pleading for a second chance with Scarlett. Later, Kat is filling Phil in about Janine’s lies when the social worker calls – Scarlett’s gone missing.

Meanwhile, Shirley sets about earning some money by nefarious means, while Jean tries her best to stay out of it. Later, Martin gets a call from Lily’s school as Ruby drops by the Slaters and picks up a scent from the garage. Ruby is sure Jean and Shirley are hiding something.

Later, Martin tells Ruby what happened at Lily’s school and it confirms Ruby’s suspicions.

Elsewhere, Vi mentions that Linda looks very big for how far along she is which gets Rainie thinking. Later, Rainie seizes the chance to snoop through Linda’s hospital bag.

EastEnders, BBC One, 7.35pm

When armed police arrive on the scene, the stand-off at The Hide escalates into a full-blown siege.

Outside, Jacob, Dan and Bob hear a shot ring out.

Meanwhile, Charity orders Mack to put Diane off the scent of their fling, and so he starts to flirt with Bernice.

Emmerdale, ITV, 7pm and 8pm

Prince is back and catching up with his family. Later, Goldie comes face-to-face with Prince’s big secret – a new fiancé, Olivia.

Meanwhile, Peri’s still on the hunt for her phone. It’s soon revealed that Timmy has cloned it. Trish calls Timmy over to fix her DVD player again, but it’s just a ruse to get him to talk about his crush.

Elsewhere, Celeste discovers that Walter encouraged Felix to leave the village. Toby covers for Walter. Shaq tries to find out the identity of his dad by fishing through old photos.

Hollyoaks, Channel 4, 6.30pm

Arriving at the Mill, Rob has second thoughts about seeing Daniel, and drives off. Rob ends up at the park where he starts to feel more relaxed. He deliberately steps in front of a bicycle, and falls, enjoying the buzz. Then it hurts. He goes back to Mill, but gets paranoid.

Daniel wants to refer Rob to a specialist. Rob fears that his career is over and Daniel admits he isn’t currently fit to work. He sees Rob’s cut and Rob tells him what happened. Karen gets frustrated when Daniel can’t tell her anything.

Meanwhile, Okoro speaks to Aaron, who wants to see a lawyer.
