Nancy visits Sharon at the gym to ask for a job but Sharon turns her down flat. Zack smooth talks Nancy and promises to make his sister reconsider.

Later, Nancy joins her family on a surprise picnic for Shirley. Having overheard her daughter on the phone earlier, Linda thinks that Tamwar will soon be making an appearance for the rest of Nancy’s holiday with them. However, Mick and Linda are left confused when Zack arrives and tells Nancy the job is hers.

Meanwhile, Rainie and Stuart weigh up the pros and cons of Bernadette being a surrogate. The Taylors money struggles don’t go unnoticed by Bailey.

Elsewhere, Billy accompanies Janet to a photoshoot where he meets Estelle, Janet’s agent, who invites him for a drink. Kim is intrigued when she sees Mila meeting up with a man.

EastEnders, BBC One, 8.05pm

Sharon drags Sally and Gail for a drink but it soon becomes clear that she is just interested in tracking down Leanne. Later, Sharon steals Gail’s laptop, making out to Jenny that she must have picked it up by accident when she is caught on it. Shona’s suspicious when Sharon returns the laptop.

Meanwhile, Chesney advises Fiz to be the bigger person before telling Tyrone he’s persuaded her to let him see the girls. Tyrone gently explains the situation to Hope and Ruby; that he has fallen in love with somebody else. Later, Fiz is hurt to see Tyrone, Alina, Hope and Ruby in high spirits outside Speed Daal.

Elsewhere, Dev clashes with Corey’s dad over Asha’s living arrangements; Nina thaws towards Seb.

Also, George is horrified to learn that Todd has been demanding deposits from clients before the funeral has taken place.

Coronation Street, ITV, 7.30pm and 8.30pm

Kim is surprised when Andrea wants her to babysit a sickly Millie at short notice. Kim agrees, despite her confused state of mind. When Millie’s sickness worsens, Kim realises she’s in no fit state to look after her.

Later, Kim collapses, leaving Andrea a garbled voicemail before losing consciousness. As she comes to, she finds Millie in the throes of an allergic reaction. Jamie is aghast when he sees his daughter’s condition upon his return from a baby scan with Gabby.

Meanwhile, Nate is planning a stay with his mum as he can’t seem to do anything right, but Faith intervenes. Later, Nate says he has arranged something for Tracy to look forward to.

Elsewhere, Nicola conspires behind Jimmy’s back. Marlon tells Billy and Ellis that he’s putting up their rent, but this prompts them to look to move out.

Emmerdale, ITV, 7pm

The McQueen family are in a crisis following a shocking event which took place the previous day.

Meanwhile, it looks like Sid might have a crush on his school teacher Courtney. Leah catches him writing a song for a mystery brunette girl.

Elsewhere, Nancy is feeling down after not being invited to a get-together that Kyle’s friends organised to honour his birthday. Cher is sad when the McQueens turn on her.

Hollyoaks, Channel 4, 6.30pm

Karen’s delight at hearing Valerie doesn’t have cancer is replaced with horror as she realises that that she has something she must do. Karen quickly books a venue and tries to recruit guests, but only Emma can make it, while Zara and Al delight in calling her a bad friend.

Disaster strikes – the 1920’s American themed bar has got rats which leaves Karen scrambling for a new plan. Later, Luca gives Emma a bottle of Claret to thank her for being a lovely landlady but can’t watch her drink it this evening as he has a date.

Luca enters The Icon Bar with a ‘Fumblr’ dating app photo on his phone. He spots Zach Wilson (mid 20s) who feeling nervous has already had a few drinks and tells Luca he’s really hot.
