A shocked Daniel finds Peter in Victoria gardens with his clothes are covered in blood. In the hospital, the doctor assures Peter they will do their best to stop the bleeding but there’s a possibility he is suffering from liver failure. Peter makes Daniel promise not to tell anyone what’s going on as he couldn’t bear for Ken or Simon to see him in such a state.

Meanwhile, Adam reveals to a shocked Sarah that he knows she tipped the police off about the body in the woods. Sarah explains, she came to her senses and realised it was time Gary got his just desserts. As Adam heads out, an anxious Sarah wonders what he’ll tell the police.

Elsewhere, Billy and Paul arrive in Speed Daal to find Todd at a table with Ajay the manager of the helpline. Egged on by Todd, Ajay talks about his job at the helpline and how it’s imperative not to get too involved. Billy and Paul share an awkward glance.

Also, Toyah embraces life as a foster mum oblivious to how hard Leanne is taking it. Imran gets a call from social services informing him that they’ll be collecting Mason later today. Roy agrees that Shona can have her job back at the café.

Linda tries to talk to Mick telling him he has to face what is bothering him. Shirley is hurt that Mick still won’t engage with her.

Meanwhile, Martin opens up to Stacey before telling Ruby that he wishes they could all just be friends. Martin notes that Stacey understands him leaving Ruby quietly seething.

Elsewhere, Denise opens up to Kim about her fears that Lucas will hurt her. Patrick is also worried about Denise but Kim has a plan.

He’s left panicked when Leela comes home from looking after her aunt – will mother and daughter finally find out that he has been two-timing them? In the village, Nancy tells Charlie that she’s proud of him. However, John Paul later sees Charlie dealing drugs to Ollie.

Meanwhile, Misbah, Sami and Imran are overwhelmed when the stunning bride, Yazz, walks down the stairs. Romeo is heartbroken when he hears that Cher is going on a date with another guy after he didn’t believe her over Juliet’s drug dealing.
